We are a boutique firm focused on helping our clients navigate the complex spaces where investments and real estate come together to impact wealth.
Our Story
After years of providing a more traditional model of financial advising, we were asked by a great partner in the mortgage space if we could help a client qualify for a loan and hold together a home purchase that was stuck in underwriting. Once we completed a detailed examination of the client’s holdings, we were able to reorganize some investments, alleviate the concerns of the underwriter and the loan was approved.
This unremarkable request and the simple exercise in problem solving that followed, led to a more-than-two-year dive down the rabbit-hole, examining the myriad intersections of real estate, finance, tax strategy and the law. From this, ALQYMI was created.
We now have four patents filed for software and programs that help clients make sound real estate purchases, compare and screen investment properties, effectively incorporate real estate into their portfolios, analyze expected returns, present purchase options that maximize mortgage approval and facilitate long-term wealth building.
